These terms and conditions govern room reservations and related services offered by Hotel Le 15. By confirming a booking, the guest acknowledges acceptance of these terms.

1. Booking

Bookings can be made via the official website, by phone, by email, or at reception (subject to availability). A booking is considered confirmed after written confirmation from the hotel and, when required, a valid payment guarantee or deposit.

The hotel may charge the first night, pre-authorize a card, request partial prepayment, or charge full stay for non-refundable rates. Incorrect payment details may cause automatic cancellation.

2. Rates and Payment

Rates are shown in euros, including VAT, and may vary by season, room type, occupancy, and promotions. Tourist tax is charged separately unless stated otherwise.

Accepted payment methods include bank cards, cash (within legal limits), bank transfer (on request), and holiday vouchers according to hotel policy. Additional services are billed separately and added to the final invoice.

3. Cancellation and Changes

Flexible rates may be cancelled or modified free of charge up to the deadline shown at booking (usually 24 to 48 hours before arrival). Non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled or modified.

For cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival, the first night is charged (arrival reference time: 18:00). In case of no-show, the hotel may charge the first night or full stay depending on rate conditions.

4. Stay Conditions

Check-in starts at 17:00 and check-out is before 11:00 unless otherwise agreed. A valid ID and payment card may be required at check-in.

The number of guests must not exceed room capacity. Pets are accepted under specific conditions and possible extra charges. Guests must follow house rules and safety instructions; serious misconduct may result in immediate termination of stay without refund.

5. Liability

The hotel is liable for services provided under applicable law, except in cases of guest fault, force majeure, or unforeseeable third-party events. Guests remain liable for any damage caused by themselves, their companions, pets, or property.

The hotel is not liable for lost, forgotten, or stolen personal belongings. Guests are advised to use secure storage for valuables.

6. Personal Data

Personal data is collected and processed to manage bookings, payments, legal obligations, and customer support. Data is processed in accordance with GDPR and French data protection laws.

Guests may exercise rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, objection, and portability by contacting the hotel.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Under Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to accommodation services provided on a specific date or period.

8. Claims and Disputes

Any claim should be sent to the hotel as soon as possible (email, post, or reception). If no amicable resolution is found, guests may use consumer mediation under French law before any legal action.

9. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by French law. If any clause is found invalid, the remaining clauses remain fully enforceable.

By booking with Hotel Le 15, the guest confirms they have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
